He was always asking me what I needed, and we had great conversation about the importance of honesty in the car business. He was a pleasure to talk to and work with, and I plan on asking for Sydney to help me for my next car. Darryl was helpful with my extended warranty questions and making the financing quick and easy. I did not speak to Don much during the process, but as the manager he came and shook my hand and made sure to let me know if there was anything he could do to make it easier for me. Thanks so much to Hall Honda for everything. I will make a one suggestion to make the experience even better. Honesty and good service seems to be a top priority at Hall Honda, however the website showed my car as one price but it was very different once I arrived. Hall was quick to honor that price without any fuss, but we learned that the website does not show dealer markups or the options added to the car. This is actually common practice among dealerships, so nothing fishy about it at all, but I think Hall Honda could set the tone for other dealerships and make that process easier and more upfront so there is not confusion going in. In all I was impressed and would buy a car again. Especially to support Sydney. The other people were great at their job, but He really was a stand out for me in terms of overall care and attention to his role at the dealership. More

It started with a call to Hall Honda regarding a beautiful red '21 Honda CRV. I tried calling that am,since everyone was tied up, I left a message. Don, the manager, called me back saying it's still beautiful red '21 Honda CRV. I tried calling that am,since everyone was tied up, I left a message. Don, the manager, called me back saying it's still available. Me and my mom came that afternoon. Don introduced us to Harland, who would take care of us. He went above and beyond from beginning to end. We ended up buying it, of course. I wanted door visors and the trunk tray. I had to come back for that to be installed. It was all good. Harland and Christine(also awesome) from the service dept took care of me and my new ride. While I was waiting for the installation, Harland was on the way to Dunkin' & asked me if I wanted anything. How thoughtful :) Yes, I took him up on it. Next thing I knew Christine was coming out saying my car was ready. Harland, your sidekick is pretty cool too. I can't leave him out ~lol Come to Hall Honda, y'all won't be disappointed. Just remember, if you see a car you like, better jump on it! That's what we did! :) More
