We were not looking forward to purchasing this car because we do not like dealing with salesmen. Honda of Bartlesville was different. This truly was the best buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman Steven Letterman was awesome and very knowledgeable about the car we were looking to purchase. Also the finance guy (Dominykas) was easy to work with and best of all NO PRESSURE. We will be back. More

I loved my little fit but, it got totaled Dominic the one who told me about gap insurance saved me about $3500 so I came back for another car Josh came in on his day off to help me .They went to Oklahoma City to get the color of car I wanted and delivered it to me the next morning. .This sales team went up and above what was expected of them.The purchase process was quick I started at 10 and was out around noon with an excellent deal.. ny father had recommended them to me and my sister had purchased cars from them all were very happy with their deals too. I do tell people where I got my car and how great it was and recommend them to go to Bartlesville of Honda and asked for Josh Price. More

Purchase of a 2015 Honda Odyssey EX-L I looked for a Honda van for several weeks in several different dealerships. Originally was thinking of a used one. My daughter was in contact with B I looked for a Honda van for several weeks in several different dealerships. Originally was thinking of a used one. My daughter was in contact with Beebe Stephenson at Bartlesville by email and phone. I drove over on a Sunday to 'just look around'. On Saturday, May 31, we drove to Bartlesville from Tulsa, met with Beebe looked at, drove and purchased a brand new Honda Odyssey EX-L. Beebe was The best teacher of the in's and out's of mastering the overwhelming dash of the Odyssey. He was as thorough as could be in the time allotted, and very patient with an older lady. The test drive was smooth and non threatening. During the 'sales' process he was kind, open and very patient (there were other customers waiting, however, he never showed any sign of being in a hurry). It was a pleasure dealing with Beebe. He was kind, helpful and accommodating to us. He also was in the process of training a new employee which he did with finesse, calm and very good training. The young man was very nice, helpful and friendly. Dominykas, the finance manager was the same. Thorough, patient, did not seem the least bit bothered that I understood very little of what he was explaining to us (thank God for my daughter being there). He also did not hurry us or seem bothered that it was the end of a long day and there was another couple in line. Very relaxed, friendly and helpful. I originally was not in favor of going to Bartlesville as I am a believer in purchasing where I live in order to give tax dollars to my city. However, the willingness of Beebe and the rest of the team to reach out and be available and to deal with us later in the day on Saturday plus the price of the van won me over. Best in the Business While taking the trip out to Bartlesville, I was concerned the dealership would yield the same results that I had when working with other dealerships. My concern was misplaced however, as the staff was more than pleasant and worked hard to find the right kind of package that suited my lifestyle. The salesman was excellent in finding just what I wanted and made everything crystal clear from the start in order to help expedite the experience; no curve balls, no half truths. The financial representative handled all the necessaries in a timely fashion and was more than happy to work with us in sorting out all financial preparations, ultimately allowing me to drive off the lot with a brand new vehicle and an ear-to-ear smile across my face. More
