As far as Nate the salesman. Wonderful guy doing a marvelous job. Finance department would be better served explaining what is available as far as warrenties etc; instead of tacking it on to the pric marvelous job. Could not find a way to fix my car, which was unsafe to drive. Said that car was test drove, but the mileage out was the same number as the mileage out. The car accelerated when brake was used and they r drive. Said that car was test drove, but the mileage out was the same number as the mileage out. The car accelerated when brake was used and they released it to the customer. I was 200 miles from home and they appeared to not care---it was my problem and not theirs. This was the fourth time the car accelerated when using the brake. They said it was the way I drive. The looked at the walker and immediately assumed it was my fault because I was handicapped. However, one cousin was driving the car and it did it for her and my other cousin was driving when it did it to her. So, Toyota service cannot so it's the way I drive. The final time it did it was in a small town. I was braking for a red light and instead we sped through. Luckily we did not get hurt or hurt anyone else. I cannot believe they released an unsafe car to me. I ended up having to buy a used car so we could get home safely. More

Overall I had a great buying experience. Michelle was fun and a no xx kind of person when it came to the sale of the vehicle I purchased. I did not have the same experience at other dealers which is one of t and a no xx kind of person when it came to the sale of the vehicle I purchased. My wife and I have been shopping for a new vehicle for awhile. But with the times being what they are it’s hard to find anything on a lot. We were sitting at home discussing what we wanted to do. We decided to go to Forts Toyota having never owned a Toyota we were both sure it would be a waste of time. We were greeted on the lot my Eric Smith. We ended up test driving a Toyota Highlander. Eric was a lot of help and very knowledgeable. My wife and I were very impressed after the test ride. To make a long story short our trip to Fort’s Toyota turned out to be a great decision. We drove home that nigh in our new Highlander and couldn’t be happier. Our salesman Eric Smith along with the finance man who I wish I could remember his name made for an easy transaction. More
