Dominic's journey in the automotive industry began in 1996 when he joined Phil Walker Ford, which eventually became Barrie Ford. At the age of 21, Dominic approached the dealership with enthusiasm and was given the opportunity to work as a salesperson. In 2017, Dominic decided to enhance his skills and knowledge in dealership management by attending the Georgian Automotive Dealership Management program. This educational experience provided him with valuable insights and strategies to excel in his career. In 2019, Dominic moved to Welland Toyota, another dealership under the AutoIQ umbrella, where he assumed the role of Managing Partner. He led and served the team at Welland Toyota, bringing his expertise and dedication to the dealership. However, in May 2022, Dominic returned to Barrie Ford as the Managing Partner, following the retirement of Peter Panagakis. This transition allowed him to take on a leadership role in the dealership where he started his career.

First time buying new...great experience...awesome service! I have owned mainly vehicles; all of which were used. My car was in desperate need of retirement so with prodding from my girlfriend I decided to get I have owned mainly vehicles; all of which were used. My car was in desperate need of retirement so with prodding from my girlfriend I decided to get a new one. On her recommendation, we went to Barrie Ford. Team Lazzaro were absolutely amazing to deal with. Each and everyone of them were a pleasure to deal with and a great help in the entire process. Each one knowledgable and willing to help in anyway they could. Answer any and all questions. They continue to be there well after the purchase is done for any questions or help needed. I highly recommend Barri Ford and Team Lazzaro!! More

Excellent Customer Service from start to finish + a little m I had a great purchasing experience with the entire Domenic Lazzaro Team. I went in looking at a used F-150 and walked out with a new 2016 F-150, taki I had a great purchasing experience with the entire Domenic Lazzaro Team. I went in looking at a used F-150 and walked out with a new 2016 F-150, taking full advantage of all the great deals through Ford Canada and Barrie Ford. The plus experience when the year end bonus cash was raised by Ford Canada approximately two days after we finalized the purchase. I approached the Team and they were able to provide a cheque to me to compensate the additional year end bonus cash!! Perfect if you want to be laughed at Went in looking for a car. Left with nothing. He talked down to me and pretty much laughed at me for not being able to afford much. Then tried to pressure me into a sale by saying that it's going to affect my credit rating if i don't drive away with the damaged goods he was offering. On top of this there was constantly 2 other employees in the room with me. The only time i had alone to talk about anything was the 15 minutes i had to wait for my appointment to start and the short test drive i had because at that point i just wanted to go to a different dealer.
