Brian, Dom, and Daniel did a fantastic job at taking care and handling of a coolant leak that was found on my recent purchase. Ben was also very helpful and polite when looking for Dom or Daniel in Sales when I was in the building. Sam was also extremely helpful at the start of my issues with getting additional information and even called me back afterhours to ensure I was kept in the loop. More

DISGUSTED! My wife and I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado with low miles on it, love the truck but not the service. The truck has a low idle miss, runs rough, it’s My wife and I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado with low miles on it, love the truck but not the service. The truck has a low idle miss, runs rough, it’s very “present”. I get several notes from the service advisor that they’re not finding anything wrong even a note that these truck do this. So you’re admitting there’s a miss? While it’s there they noted the horn not working properly (which was that way when picked up) they want to charge me $350 to fix it!!! They charged me $110 to diag the miss, I had to pay that. This truck is not supposed to idle like this!!! Shall I stop and ask to sit in another truck compatible to mine to witness that rough running also? I bet it doesn’t. I’m completely disgusted with Ciocca Chevy in Quakertown. Never ever again! What an awful experience. My salesman,,, great guy! More

I haven't had the best experience at dealerships before on 4 previous vehicle purchases, but Dominic and the staff at Ciocca Chevy of Quakertown has changed that! I had been on the search for a pick-up on 4 previous vehicle purchases, but Dominic and the staff at Ciocca Chevy of Quakertown has changed that! I had been on the search for a pick-up truck that could haul a growing family while also providing me with the capacity to tow moderately heavy equipment. After stopping at 2 other dealerships on 3/21 and not having luck, my dad and I stopped at Ciocca Chevy on a whim to check out their used inventory. Here I was able to find the perfect truck for my family and at an affordable price. Dominic was very polite and helpful from the start with offering something to drink and handled the review process of my trade-in with ease. He even thanked me for putting new tires on it for him! Dominic and the management at Ciocca worked hard to make sure I could leave the same day with the truck and addressed all of my pricing concerns and questions. At no time did I feel any pressure to finish the transaction or sign paperwork. Definitely going to be referring friends and family in need of a car to make the trip and check out Ciocca Chevy in Quakerton. More
