1st Time Buyer - Great Experience I was quite satisfied with my experience at John Bowman Chevrolet. I bought a used car and worked with Dom. He was quite helpful and patient with me and my husband as we tried to make a decision on a car. He got me a great interest rate, was willing to go above and beyond to help us get what we wanted and I am so appreciative of that. Dom was a joy to work with. Really funny guy that has a lot of knowledge about the cars from my perspective. He made the whole cay buying experience a great one seeing as this was my first car that I have ever purchased through a dealership. I usually buy cars from a car auction. I love my 2012 GMC Terrain. I will definitely refer folks to Dom who are looking to buy or lease a car!.. Thanks Dom!!! More

I messed up!..... On the 27th I left a review of Bowman Chevrolet that was unfair. I jumped the gun thinking that they were not going to help me with a needed repair. I did not give my salesperson the opportunity to work on my behalf. Tim Shea is one top notch stand up guy. Not only did he intervene on my behalf, he took my scathing review and pressed forward to help me. I feel terrible for my words and retract everything I said. He deserved along with Bowman Chevrolet, to really be upset with me. I ask Tim, Bowman Chevrolet and you the reader, to forgive me for my impatient attack. I will and do recommended this dealer and its people to all who need a vehicle, new or used and their service center for your repairs. Their actions of kindness have brought me shame and I hope my actions now have revered any damage I may have caused. You guys are the best Tim Shea. Thank you for your mercy! Tim Harbin More

What a cool truck Just leased a new 2014 Silverdo and what a truck it is. The entire process was very streamlined with 45 minutes from start to finish with Dom as my s Just leased a new 2014 Silverdo and what a truck it is. The entire process was very streamlined with 45 minutes from start to finish with Dom as my salesman. The majority of the time was going over the truck features due to the extent of all of the stuff in this 2014 model. Drove from Clarkston to Rochester and home to Lapeer area and averaged 22.1 miles per gallon. What a wonderful vehicle and a great experience with Dom and Bowman. Will be back again next time. More

Had a great salesman but overall got screwed. Bought a 2006 Grand Cherokee for 10,500 had it for two weeks and only drove 200 miles and it started having issues with it not shifting right, called and was 2006 Grand Cherokee for 10,500 had it for two weeks and only drove 200 miles and it started having issues with it not shifting right, called and was told the manager said sorry about your luck. Usually people buy a used car from a dealer for the idea that it was checked over and necessary repairs were taken care of otherwise i would have saved my self a few grand and bought from a private seller. well i guess i eat crow on this one. Dom had a great attitude from the start to the end. Dom went out of his way to make sure everything was to our liking before we left the dealership. We drove two hours to purchase a truck from Bowman's. Because we had such a long drive home Dom filled up the truck for us! We didn't ask for any gas to even be put into the truck. He went above and beyond in my book. Great, salesman! More
