While my daughter and I were there, we were treated like royalty! Everyone…. that is, everyone in that building…..seemed to know us. The people would go out of their way to speak to us and to be sure w royalty! Everyone…. that is, everyone in that building…..seemed to know us. The people would go out of their way to speak to us and to be sure we did not need anything. The offices were so nice and clean. I visited the ladies’ room and was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and good smell of it. My daughter and I both bought a car. We look forward to going back for the car washes or any other reason we may need to return. I would like also to tell whomever reads this…I had the very best sales person I could have. Djiby was nice, informative, soft spoken and so kind. I look forward to seeing him each time I return to the dealership. He made buying this car so pleasant. I will recommend him any time I am asked about a salesman. I hope he made a pocket full of money with our two cars!! Thank you for this opportunity to give my perspective on buying my car. And!!! This is my fifth Mercedes, the last two I purchased at the Irondale location. I have only just arrived from Australia and was looking to buy a simple car to take me around Birmingham for a year. I was very anxious about buying a used car in a foreign country and I wasn't familiar with the system. Djiby was incredibly patient and helpful from the start, answering all my questions with honesty and integrity. I bought a used non-Mercedes vehicle (probably the least expensive car on the lot), but I still felt like a very valued customer - a testament to the service I received from Djiby. During the purchase process, all the financial paperwork was arranged by Boubacar Thiam seamlessly and he also answered all my questions in a very friendly and helpful manner.
