Dino and all the people I encountered at Russ Darrow Kia Wauwatosa including the sales manager, finance person, and Carmen who helped me set up my vehicle were amazing. They were caring and honest throughou Wauwatosa including the sales manager, finance person, and Carmen who helped me set up my vehicle were amazing. They were caring and honest throughout the entire process of buying my car. They were able to get me the exact model and color I wanted within 3 days of going there to see what inventory they had. No one pressured me to buy a vehicle. They just showed me my options which were printed out for me to take home. Dino even worked at getting me additional discounts. This was the first time I felt at ease buying a new car. I highly recommend going to this dealer. You won't be disappointed. More
