As I met with her, she called to determine the availability of the required parts and had them sent to the dealership. We scheduled a service date and she assured me if there was a problem, she would call. When I arrived for service, she had all paperwork ready and proceeded to get the vehicle in for service. She called as soon as the vehicle was ready. She really puts the "Customer" first in customer service. More

Almost Perfect. I just received my 2019 Durango. Alise and Diane were on their game. This was a custom order and their were no hitches. The only negative was the fina I just received my 2019 Durango. Alise and Diane were on their game. This was a custom order and their were no hitches. The only negative was the finance office. I just don't know why they have to add $1000.00 to the price, which adds more sales tax to the price of a car, if you bring your own financing. Or why their is a $2700.00 early termination fee for using the dealer's financing. More
