I was trying to buy a used vehicle listed on their website. For about a week that I try to reach the dealer and every time I was told the manager will call me back. Until today still no one had try to website. For about a week that I try to reach the dealer and every time I was told the manager will call me back. Until today still no one had try to reach back to me. I also told the dealer ship that I will pay cash for the vehicle, and they will add $1599 on top of the asking price for "Non financing fee". Stay away from this dealership. More

wonderful experience from start to finish. Rebecca, Charlie, Sammy all helped the day I picked the car up. Jesse (salesman) is one of the best! Most everything was done over the phone, very easy and Charlie, Sammy all helped the day I picked the car up. Jesse (salesman) is one of the best! Most everything was done over the phone, very easy and politely and I went in next day to finalize paperwork in less than 30min and I was out the door. This was my experience but I suspect they treat all customers with this level of respect. More

New Nautilus I have to say my sales experience was the best I have had in a really long time. I have been leasing cars for the bast 15 years and the staff here at I have to say my sales experience was the best I have had in a really long time. I have been leasing cars for the bast 15 years and the staff here at Liccard Ford Lincoln were awesome. I was able to get pricing from Diane and make an appointment. As I came in I was greeted by Paul. I informed Paul that all I wanted to do was test drive a Nautilus and he actually let me pick out one that I was interested in. As we finished the test drive I just couldn't resist and had to confirm the numbers I was given by Diane. Paul went to his manager Mike who reassured me that the number were right. After agreeing to them I was escorted to the finance office where I met Jimmy. Usually I thought that would be a longer process but Jimmy had me in and out of there in 20 minutes. Since I wasn't planning on buying a car that day, I was not ready to drive home my new car. Paul told me that it was not a problem and offered to bring my new car home at my convenience. I have never been more pleased than the way I was treated by the entire Liccardi sales staff. Thank you all so much! More

Worst experience ever I Had transmission fluid leak and failed around Liccardi so towed it there for fixing the problem. They charged me $1800 to fix it and I paid it. Two days later, it leaked again and I had to send it back to fix the leaking again! Two days later, they called me and asked me to pick up the car because they fix it. I got the key and start the car with air condition, however, it gives me super hot air! I drove about 10 mins, but it still hot air! I took it back and they told me they forgot to refill the Freon after empty it! Outside is over 90 F! I am still waiting them to fill the Freon, but really disappointed! Should never stopped at Liccardi! Learn my lesson please! More

Stay away! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Bought a used vehicle that I was told was in excellent condition. Sta STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Bought a used vehicle that I was told was in excellent condition. Started the car on the lot after the sale, all the warning lights went on. I was told "Not to worry. This is a simple electrical fix. We will do it on Saturday". That was 4 months, 528 miles round trip for 6 service appointments and nothing has changed. Warning lights just come on and off making me feel unsafe in the car. I was told on six occasions that my car would be fixed and that a courtesy check had been done. Aside from resetting the computer and addressing a recall, not another thing that was said was done. It was almost comical to hear how Rob, Scott and Doug responded to my phone calls/questions before they could get their stories straight. I am amazed by the lack of honesty but perhaps shouldn’t be after reading the prior complaints and court decisions against the dealership on the Consumer Complaints website. I only wish I knew this before stepping into the showroom to spend my hard earned money. I was totally taken advantage of and lied to. Liccardi refused my repeated requests to buy back the car since they cannot seem to fix it. All I have ever been offered is another service appointment. I think 6 is more than enough. I am still waiting for them to do the right thing and take the car back. I obviously cannot sell it in this condition as unlike them, have a conscience. More
