Frankie is the greatest!! Working with Frankie was an incredible experience!! He sold me my last car and my friend her car and we rant and rave about how incredible he is, not Working with Frankie was an incredible experience!! We will always come back to Acura of Weschester and see Frankie because of so many reasons but the most important is that we are treated like family and I feel that I can trust Frankie and that means more to me than anything!! And to think I only came in for an oil change!!! Thank God I ran into Frankie's brother George downstairs and he suggested I go see Frankie while I wait. I am so happy I did!! I Thank God for him because if he did not contact me and remain consistent with securing me that he could help I would have never been this happy riding off the lot with my brand new Acura ILX... I had a tough situation with my old car and other dealerships would not help.. So I was discouraged but Jon was peristant that his dealership could help me and they went above and beyond to do just that! I also have to send a very special thanks to the GM Kenny he greeted me with a warm positive energy as soon as I walked in and he and his financial team did their best to get me a good deal in my budget!!! But Jon I can't say enough about him he was amazing, personable and he made sure I was comfortable in my decision ! He made sure I was good at every step and most importantly he was honest ! This was my 1st time dealing with this dealership and honestly they are my FOREVER go to Acura dealership!! I cannot explain enough how HAPPY I am!! The level of customer service in this place is AWESOME!! Matt is seriously the GREATEST cars salesman you'll EVER come across. Very up front and HONEST!!!! Honesty is the BIGGEST thing when buying or leasing a car and I definitely got it at Acura of Westchester. After wrapping the deal up with Matt I spoke to Diane in Finance and she was super pleasant.
