I had to sit and wait 2 hours for the car I came to see. I was told the manager had it and was on his way back. I believe the car was being worked on. I have been a long-time customer at this location. I have also had numerous dealings within the past year. My questions and concerns were answered and addressed, as well as the staff helped me unders I have also had numerous dealings within the past year. My questions and concerns were answered and addressed, as well as the staff helped me understand different aspects of my vehicles. I worked a lot with Robert in the parts department with my 2007 Jeep. He is comprehensive in his responses and very helpful. Christian is also phenomenal at customer service and helpful. Billy is personable and sold me my new car. He worked hard and followed through on all commitments. I met another young man (9-22-23) who helped me understand many of the technical details of my new 2023 Jeep which is substantially different from my 2007 Jeep. (meaning all the car's operations are automated). Bottomline, these are nice, service-oriented people. More

The staff was very helpful and friendly,they actually were waiting for us at the door! We had drove down from northern Michigan for this car we saw online. Came across as sleazy to me. They really weren’t listening to me instead they just wanted to sell me something. My battery to my car remote was low and they said they would replace it they didn’t. They washed the car off and it had dents on the hood which was unnoticeable because it was dirty. The interior was not cleaned out and he dust dirt and crumbs along the seats and door jambs. I came in with a pre approval with a lower interest rate than what they ended up giving me and when I came the following day to correct it I was met with lies about the guy would finances me would not be there but I arrived later and he was. The dealership manager said he wasn’t sure how things worked because he had only been there for 5 days prior to me coming in. I asked for business cards they didn’t have any. I purchased LoJack on the vehicle which they didn’t activate. I had to call back in. Terrible people. Terrible service. I get it though cars are sitting in lots for longer and they needed to move the car. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE here More
