They lied every step of the way. Tried to steal my rebates, they told me I would pay 49,000 and tried to charge me 60,000 , had to argue over them not stealing my money( rebates). They told me I would get every rebate and still charged me 55,000$. After seeing a 49,000 price and promised every rebate. They have a reputation at my work for ripping every one off. Literally worse experience ever. More

Dalton was great to work with. Was told 6 month / 6,000 mile warranty, then told it wasn’t actually applicable once we had already signed the documents. Took it to Ford and they said it was stuck in an update mode for months, therefore it couldn’t have been verified as functional. Now over $2,300 into fixing this issue a was told “too bad”. More
