Let me start out by saying I’ve been in the service business. All my life, I am 62 years old, I felt like I was the enemy, the whole time,, I was told things that I didn’t believe, you folks had my tru business. All my life, I am 62 years old, I felt like I was the enemy, the whole time,, I was told things that I didn’t believe, you folks had my truck for six weeks And I was told that the technician that was working on my truck had Covid, he was out sick, blah blah blah, and then when I came to pick up my truck, I looked at the receipt, and there was a total of six hours of labor to fix my truck, but yet you had it for six weeks More

I bought a used FORD F150 "as is" and had problems almost immediately. The check engine light came on and the Truck would not accept fuel without clicking off numerous times. Originally, Windard Ford attempt immediately. The check engine light came on and the Truck would not accept fuel without clicking off numerous times. Originally, Windard Ford attempted to complete the reuqired service but although I paid full price, the problem remained. I brought it back and explained to management that the problem remained and not only that, the original detail work that they did on the interior looked terribe. Windward Ford took a while to get it right byt the Re-detailed my vehicle and fixed the original problem at no ost and now my truck looks great and runs well. My service technician, Will has been very helpful and really doing his best to help get my car repaired properly. We took it to another dealership previously in another state and they were not able to f really doing his best to help get my car repaired properly. We took it to another dealership previously in another state and they were not able to fix my car correctly on two separate items. Will was able to get me to parts needed to completely replace my transmission and my car is running great. I’m counting on him to discover my problem with my a/c that the other dealership also could not repair. I really appreciate how well he communicated with me and kept me informed of their progress. More
