I have been a loyal customer of ford since 2017. Since I live town I have been going to Honolulu ford for services since I bought my ford explorer 2020 from Fordwindward. But Oh God Honolulu ford has a very terrible service they even broke my car seat adjuster because they left a trainee to fix my car. no compensation or refund on the amount I spent that day which was rediculously expensive over a freaking wiper blade. Anyway, I am just now glad that I came back to Windward Ford branch. I hope they will continue to be of great service to their loyal customers! Thanks again to Will Soong for helping me out! - and oh I wish I was able to get a loaner car since I went there for a Recall, I have to catch a uber going back home since it will be ready the next day. not really a big deal but it would be nice if there was a loaner. Scheduled a general service and was offered 3 packages and chose the least expensive and after completed I looked back at previous cost and was charged considerably more. My battery died got a jump drove to dealer and after checking to see if they had my battery in stock, they fit me in right then. I was out about 1 1/2 hour later!!
