We purchased a Cadillac SRX Desiree is the BEST sales professional ever. She is nice, courteous, funny, and she definitely knows her job and is quite knowledgeable. We didn't feel pressured. We felt like she really cared about making us happy with our purchase and staying within our budget. I had many questions and concerns and she responded to them all. Desiree was with us the entire process. Brittney in the Allstate office inside the dealership helped us get the best quote for auto insurance to help maintain the budget we had in mind. Finance Mgr. Scott is also knowledgeable and multitasks quite well. The process was quick and efficient. They have many extended warranty options that fit into any budget. We left relieved knowing that If anything happens to the vehicle we would have no worries getting it repaired. The atmosphere was pleasant, the place was clean. My daughter was occupying herself in the lounge area playing on their tablets while drinking complimentary beverages. We would definitely return for our next vehicle. If you are looking for a great and complete car or truck buying experience this is the place to go. More

Her technical ability was off the charts and knowledge of the products impressive. Quite an asset to the Liberty GMC staff. Other members of their staff provided professional assistance and the overall buying experience was pleasurable . And did I mention, the GMC Truck is really a cool rig ! More

2017 Denali I was shopping for a new truck on the internet, and saw that Liberty was running a special on a Denali. I called and spoke with the salesperson, who I was shopping for a new truck on the internet, and saw that Liberty was running a special on a Denali. I called and spoke with the salesperson, who provided me good information and a fair price. My wife and I drove to the dealership the next day and met with the salesperson, who showed us the truck, and then provided us information on what our trade-in was worth. We discussed the "out the door" price, and with minimal negotiations got what I considered a very fair price. Desiree Morales was our salesperson, and she was great. We worked with Cory Coronado on the financial end of the deal, and he too was excellent. The whole process took much less time than I have experienced when purchasing vehicles before. Related to this, the truck had a vibration and I went back to the dealership to have it looked at. The service department worked me in without an appointment, and in a couple of hours returned my truck to me, having replaced one of the tires. Overall, I am extremely pleased with Liberty GMC. More
