If I had worked with Derrick the whole time this would be SIX stars. He saved the day! He found the real problem even though it took a while and in the end costed a little over half of the original $1200 q SIX stars. He saved the day! This was my first visit to Subaru Maintenance and it was a pleasant experience. Derrik Cole welcomed me, asked me what service my car needed, answered my questions and showed me where the lounge was locate a pleasant experience.
