Took a hit on perfect credit for nothing wasted our time. That's how people get hurt these days especially in today's society. You never know who your dealing with. Plus had Alrexis call me and say you can come pick the car up. All lies stay away from this dealership. Especially the used up lying, deceitful, hater , trickster , Derrick baker. All I can see with this deal was pure hate why wouldn't you honor your word. I guess because he's shady. What goes around comes around. That's all I have to say. More

Horrible customer service and they don't stand by their pro Brought a 2016 on Saturday night @ closing took the car back Monday at opening, car had less then 100 miles on it. I explained to the sales manager, sales associate and finance manager that I really didn't like the drive of the QX (very rough drive). Mind you they knew of my hesitation with the car before I signed for it, but in my opinion they took advantage of me because I was a young women with my baby and no man with me, shopping for a car. I told them what I could afford dwn $2000 and mthly note of no more then 500. They threw me in a car and waved bye. They were unwilling to exchange or take the car back. Guess Infiniti knows their products SUCK being they didn't stand behind this purchase. I've been leasing cars for the last 6yrs. I've never been treated this way. I had to do a voluntary repossession.. Wowwww That's how much they were willing to help me.i had no choice. Went to another dealer and they took great care of me and I love my new 2016 !!! More

Derrick and Allen were very helpful in explaning the many features of the Infiniti G37 and in helping us make the deal. Once the purchase was complete they spent a considerable time in helping us set up the features of the Infiniti G37 and in helping us make the deal. Once the purchase was complete they spent a considerable time in helping us set up the Bluetooth, memory seats, Navigational and keyless entry systems. By the time we left we were very comfortable with the car and pleased with our purchase. Fact is, he can get me almost any type of car I'm interested in regardless of make or model; and he can be extremely competitive on price. It's been my experience that some car salesmen try to sell you what they want you to buy, but Derrick listens to what the customer says and then tries to assist him with the purchase. If you're in the market, go by Roswell Infiniti and ask for Derrick Baker. More
