Hi there. My name is Derek Schiavone and I am the Senior Finance Manager at St. Catharines Nissan in St. Catharines Ontario. Previously to working at St. Catharines Nissan I was lucky enough to be a member of the Canadian Football League for 5 years (2008-2012). This has allowed me to develop valuable teamwork skills. My experience with Collins Nissan was completely b positive. .. Derek was extremely helpful and not only financed us were others dealers wouldn't he got us the exact car we wanted.. Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to get me financing when other places couldn't. My Overall Experience is only rated as OK because I did have one issue. After test driving the car I informed S financing when other places couldn't. My Overall Experience is only rated as OK because I did have one issue. After test driving the car I informed Shane that the vehicle pulls to the right while driving to which he responded that it would be fixed when the safety was done on it. I can only assume that whoever did the safety decided that the pull to the right wasn't an issue because the vehicle still pulls. Shane & Derek were great to deal with and I would not hesitate to send my friends to deal with them. I just recommend that if you noticed something wrong during the test drive to do another one before picking the car up especially if it is inconvenient to return to the dealership for them to fix it. More

We were uncertain for about a month what type of vehicle to purchase. In that month We had looked at landrovers and bmws even contemplated on looking for the vehicle that we sold to find that model again to purchase. In that month We had looked at landrovers and bmws even contemplated on looking for the vehicle that we sold to find that model again and just buy another one(h3) We then came across Collins Nissan .Friendly Customer service is hard to find now a days, whether over the phone or in person. From the moment we walked in we were treated by far the best. Rob from sales was exceptional to deal with. We ended up purchasing our murano that same day pretty much on the spot. The people we dealt with Rob, Fred and Derek were exceptional .....Our murano was due for our first oil change. Wow what a Seamless experience and fantastic communication with Lisa, most importantly our vehicle will always now be serviced there based on our overall experience:) More

I was referred to Collins Nissan from an online source as I have had some credit issues in the past. I was a bit skeptical when I first went in as I didn't think I would be able to get a car or a loan. After I have had some credit issues in the past. I was a bit skeptical when I first went in as I didn't think I would be able to get a car or a loan. After some brief time with Derek he mentioned he would be able to help me get approved on a car and would assist me in rebuilding my credit. After a few days of waiting, he called me with the good news and got me into my new car right away. I would like to thank Derek and the Collins Nissan team for helping me get an auto loan. I deff would reccomend anyone to this dealership even if you have some credit issues as they were able to help me. More

Excellent team of Sales Reps that are extremely friendly & helpful. Collins Nissan is a place that actually wants you to drive away happy in a stress free vehicle with a smile. Shane greeted us upon our arrival at the dealership. He was very pleasant and professional; and above all else, he was not pushy. He listened to our needs and concerns and addressed them accordingly. He was very well versed regarding the vehicles we were asking about and knowledgeable throughout our dealings. The nicest thing about Shane is that he is not your "typical cocky salesman", he truly tries to fit your needs and make the experience about the customer, not the sale. I would gladly deal with Shane again in purchasing another vehicle and would easily recommend him to anyone. Fred Fuoco was the sales manager we dealt with. He too was very pleasant to deal with. He had a nice sense of humour and was also very knowledgeable about the products. He was very fair to deal with regarding negotiations. Derek Schiavone is also very nice to deal with. He explained all the extras about the vehicle and if we had a question for which he wasn't able to give an answer, he went to the appropriate sources to get the info. Derek gave amazing customer Service and is very respectable, i appriciate everything that he did for me to make the deal work. The other guy, the person who sold me the Vehicle who was a region respectable, i appriciate everything that he did for me to make the deal work. The other guy, the person who sold me the Vehicle who was a regional trainer was very pushy and seemed to hide alot of information, he lied to me about the amount of money he was giving me for my trade in. When the vehicle was delivered to me in Oakville the paperowkr showed that he had lied to me. After several conversations trying to get him to explain the trade in value with me he was all over the map acting like he was trying to hide something and in fact that was true. I am Very happy with my vehicle and it was everything that i expected and wanted, Everything was great with Derek i am just upset about the $2810 that the sales guy lied to me about. Thanks More
