I had prepaid for 4 years of service, but because of the pandemic I did not drive for a year, and I brought my car in for its service shortly after the expiration of the contract, and they would make no ex pandemic I did not drive for a year, and I brought my car in for its service shortly after the expiration of the contract, and they would make no exceptions for the pandemic and said that my contract had expired. So they got 1 free year of premiums from me and probably many other people. This is how much respect they have for their customers. More

We happily drive an extra 15-minutes, past an Audi dealer that's only 10-minutes from home, because in our experience, not all Audi dealerships provide of the same quality service (and sales).
