At 5pm I show up and there was no paperwork on the car. I was told that the car was not ready due to some discovered computer code and would have to be kept overnight. The original service person was contacted (he had left) and confirmed this, but only after much repeated prodding it was finally determined that the car was ready and they were confused. Main complaint is that I was barely given the time of day by the service person that was there, who was presumably busier closing off other paperwork. In total it took 30 to resolved this, and I was late for an appointment. Worse, if I did not push I would not have received my car. Very poor customer service in all.
