The guys at Ventura Toyota/Scion were all very nice. I visited this lot and met Deion who showed me around and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to upsell me on something I cou visited this lot and met Deion who showed me around and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to upsell me on something I could not afford or was not the right fit. After my first visit, I did not find anything that really caught my eye, but i left my contact info in case something came in that would fit my needs. A few days later while on my way to a dealership in Thousand Oaks (read high priced, high pressure, highly full of themselves) Deion gave me a follow up call to let me know about a used Scion XB that had just come in. I went to my appointment with the other dealership and after being treated as if I didn't know what I was talking about, because I am a woman, I decided to go back to Ventura Toyota. Deion was right on point, the Scion was the perfect fit and after a little wheeling and dealing I got a great deal. As a matter of fact the deal was so great, I bought not one but two cars! The Xb for me and a toyota for my mom, both certified by Toyota. The Scion for me and a Toyota for my mom. I have alleeady recommended Deion and the guys at Ventura Toyota to all my friends. More

Having purchased vehicles at dealerships several times, I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I've had. The employees appear genuinely happy to be there. Deon, Eric, and Simon put forth have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I've had. The employees appear genuinely happy to be there. Deon, Eric, and Simon put forth significant effort to make the deal work smoothly. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. It's employees are a real asset to the dealership. More

Came into Ventura Toyota with my Family to look at Used trucks. Deon greeted us in a freindly manner and begin showing us trucks. We ended up purchasing a Used 2009 Toyota Tacoma, purchasing a vehicle from trucks. Deon greeted us in a freindly manner and begin showing us trucks.
