This dealership has poor customer service. Dennis was a rude snob. I had a problem with the MercedesMe app in my new car. They assured me that they had addressed it and blew me off. Dennis was great up until the point where we were ready to leave. We had signed papers and I was handed 1 and only 1 key to the car. I was not informed of this prior to the sale. This was a $500 addition to leave. We had signed papers and I was handed 1 and only 1 key to the car. I was not informed of this prior to the sale. This was a $500 additional expense that I had to incur. There was no offer to make it right, split the cost or otherwise. Pretty disappointing that nobody informed us of this and that nobody cared after the deal was done. Dennis even called a week later to check in. When I brought it up again he simply stated “yeah that is to bad”. More
