I must add that in my most recent new lease experience, Deneen and Cheyenne (Finance Department) did their utmost to minimize the time involved in the paperwork necessary to complete my lease; and this was so sincerely appreciated, especially during the Christmas holiday season, when your personal time is such a limited commodity.
