Found a great deal on the Internet with this Dealer. My first experience in searching for cars on the internet and my first experience buying out of town. Contacted Hyundai of St. Augustine that morning a first experience in searching for cars on the internet and my first experience buying out of town. Contacted Hyundai of St. Augustine that morning and they called me in 3 minutes. Very nice and professional. Not pushy at all. Gave me directions and when I got there was greated by a very friendly sales team. Very patient staff and they work well together as a team. Richard had a client and asked Dimetrius to assist me. Lets face it, car buying for most people is an incredibly intimidating process. However, I can honestly say I was not met with the pushy salesman and confusing terms type of experience I was expecting. Deme intimidating process. Demetrius was courteous and patient and never seemed as though he was pushing for anything I was uncomfortable with. He and the finance team were able to seal a deal with a bank despite my less than perfect credit rating. Overall they made the car buying experience relatively smooth and painless. When the times comes to trade up to a new vehicle, Hyandai of St. Augustine will be who I choose to give my business to. More

The dealership was great. Everyone was attentive to the customer, but not overwhelming. The price of the vehicles are low from the begening. So, there is no need to negotiate or worry that you are being customer, but not overwhelming. The price of the vehicles are low from the begening. The customer service is great. The staff stayed late to ensure that we recieved the vehicle that day. When it got down to the nitty gritty, all of the sales figures were fair and affordable for the car of our dreams. The sales staff spent all of the time we needed to get the car set up for us to use, and Josh was wonderful in setting up our new nav system and bluetooth. The finance department was smooth and accommodating, we never felt pressured to get anything we did not want or need. We would, and we have, recommended that our friends and family make a purchase and join the family at Hyundai of St Augustine! More

My daughter bought a Hyundai Sante Fe on 2/19 and I liked it so much I went to test drive one myself the same day. My husband went back on the following Monday to talk with Paul but he was out sick so Demetrius helped him and they were able to come to an agreement on price and he bought the car for me. I picked it up after work on Monday and Demetrius was great in helping me to understand some of its features. I mostly liked his quietly capable manner, again, not pushy. Very courteous and surprisingly a very sharp wit and sense of humor that he selectivly shares at times. I am delighted with my Santa Fe. Just love it! More
