I purchased a 2021 Nissan Titan Pro4X on Nov 02, 2020. The truck itself is great. And this is the 2nd Titan I've purchased from Nissan of Newnan in about a year; and probably my last. I like to keep my mo The truck itself is great. And this is the 2nd Titan I've purchased from Nissan of Newnan in about a year; and probably my last. I like to keep my money in the local economy. But This buying experience was horrible!! I took off work for a bit to complete the credit application to speed up the process for when I got off work. They submitted it, and stopped with the soft approval process. Rather than getting firm numbers like we'd discussed. I was told everything was good to go at the terms I'd agreed to and was told to switch my insurance over to the new truck (after waiting for hours) so I did and was told I was going into finance next to sign the papers. The finance office opened up and after about 20 min I finally asked what the hold up was and that is when I was told they were still waiting on the bank. I ended up having to switch my insurance back to my trade in truck and take it home (after having disconnected the stereo system and piling all my stuff in the driver's seat expecting to switch it to my new truck) the insurance switching cost me over $200 additional out of pocket on top of the expected increase(which I was told I'd be reimbursed for, I have not yet). So I go back the following day, having to take more time off work because they lied to me the previous day about having it all ready to go. The salesman asked if I'd mind letting an elderly customer go into finance in front of me in exchange he'd give me a free tank of gas when I came back. I agreed, I could see they were about to walk out frustrated and he'd been helpful so I didn't want him to lose a sale. Finally hours later, again, everything is finally done... I'm out several hundred dollars between the insurance cost from switching back and forth and the day and a half I had to take off work because they just wanted to get me in the dealership by lying. I emailed my original salesman a few times about everything and making things right as they agreed and he didn't reply. But he certainly sent me a follow up email asking for referrals. Now I'm just waiting on the Nissan customer satisfaction survey so I can let corporate know how this dealership is being ran. And how their customer service is. More

Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, un My experience with Nissan was awful!!! Customer service was my main issue, ONE of the receptionist (I think her name was Kathryn’s) was very rude, unprofessional, and didn’t know how to maintain her body language. Management/finance personnel doesn’t return phone calls, my sales person was NOT honest and did NOT give me an ease of mind while my car STAYED in service. Communication at Nissan was my biggest issue, I have never dealt with anything like it. Those issues went on for a complete week until I put an END to things. More

This was my first time buying a car and Tyler and Demarcus were awesome!!!! They made it so easy.
