I tend to be pretty picky in my purchases and they are willing to answers all questions and be patient and let me decide what vehicle works for me. We drove a 2010 model for about 20 minutes, stopped at a gas station for drinks and to switch drivers. When we got back to the car, it wouldn't start. "Hybrid System Malfunction" Long story short, Chad and a colleague came and got us and towed it back. After speaking with several people about the issue and doing TONS or research online via phone, it was determined to be a VERY RARE situation. So, we continued to look at different Prius' and found one we liked that was a bit over what we wanted to spend. But after talking with Rich in finance, we were able to come to an agreeable price/interest rate. Aside from a minor hiccup with paperwork, everyone was awesome! More
