We went to Jennings Chevrolet in Glenview. We worked with Debbie Ress, she patiently explained all the options, she was very professional and knowledgable. She had a positive and uplifting attitude and made the whole experience very pleasant. She was so great, that we returned shortly thereafter and bought a second car from her. She was helpful even after the sale, and went out of her way to answer all our questions. More

This is the 2nd Vehicle that I have leased through Jennings Chevrolet. We wanted to take this time to share our very good experience with Jennings Chevrolet's (located in Glen View Illinois) sales and leasing consultant Debbie Ress. We felt very comfortable with Debbi experience with Jennings Chevrolet's (located in Glen View Illinois) sales and leasing consultant Debbie Ress. We felt very comfortable with Debbie after knowing about her focus for detail when our Son Tim bought his 2010 Mailbu from Debbie in August of this year. Debbie was very attentive to us when we purchased our 2011 Equinox and everything we discussed and requested for the features for this new car was exactly the way we wanted it to be. The Equinox is beautiful and our Son Tim is very happy with his new Malibu. We appreciate how Debbie kept us updated on the status of our car as we ordered it new from the factory. We also appreciate the follow up calls from Debbie to us to see how we were doing in general. We will refer anyone we know to contact Debbie for any car that they are interested in purchasing from Jennings Chevrolet. I started looking at new cars in June...due to unexpected personal setbacks and delays, I wasn't able to make a purchase until September. Debbie Ress helped me the whole time. She never gave up on me, and kept in touch with information on availability and pricing on the model I was interested in. She even searched for my favorite colors! When I was finally able to go back in to choose and buy a car, she explained in great detail all options on various models, and I was able to purchase a better model than I had originally considered while staying within my price range (and it's a great color!) Debbie familiarized me with my new car and also hooked-up my bluetooth phone, and registed OnStar for me. Their on-line rep (Alain) was very helpful with my first search and inquiry; and their finance rep (Davis)was also very helpful to assure my car payments would work out. I had previously purchased a car at Jennings (16 years ago) and am very glad I went back this time. My whole experience at Jennings was very good! More

I bought my 2010 equinox and Debbie helped me every step of the way! I love my car and the whole experience was awesome. The dealership is clean with a nice lounge area for customers to wait in. I found the experience to be very smooth and nice. My daughter bought a car last year from Debbie and really liked her. I have been researching used cars on line and basically knew what car I wanted. When we got to the dealer we asked for Debbie and explained what I wanted. She had just the car I wanted. I took it for a test drive and bought it. Just traded/bought a car from above people. Great deal..and was fair.The price was most fair, and appreciated. Steve, Ray, Dion were very helpful, fair, patient, and did a very good job selling me deal..and was fair.The price was most fair, and appreciated. My impala should have been checked out fully so I didn't have to come back.Yet, when I called Dion with the Onstar problem, he made an appointment, and got me a car to drive. I am hoping the problem will be fixed fast and I won't have to wait, wait. Did feel Debbie helped greatly explaining car to me, knew the car. Steve was most patient with my calls, and explaining also about the car. Job well done, except for the Onstar problem which should have been checked/fixed before car was delivered to me.Would reccommend all of these people to others for buying More

we find jennings to be excellant. whenever I amlooking for a car I go to Jennings first and usually do not have to go anywhere else. We have bought several cars 5 or 6 form jennings.
