I had a big issue with my 2016 Ford Edge. My engine needed to be replaced and it was very stressful on me. My service rep Caitlin was unbelievably helpful and friendly. My car was in the shop for almost a month and a half as they needed to wait for the engine to come in. Caitlin kept me up to date on what was happening. We would speak every few days for an update. Caitlin was so helpful and I sincerely appreciate everything she did to assist with the situation. From the appraisers to keeping up with when the engine would arrive, she was on top of the ball. Kelly Ford has been great to me since the beginning even though it wasn’t easy with the same problem. Melvin has been awesome and so hasn’t everyone from the service department.
