I've been selling Subaru's here in Janesville for over a 11 years. I have Subaru blood running through me. I consider myself to be very well educated as far as the Subaru brand goes. They call me the Subaru dictionary for a reason. I've been in Janesville since 1988, I have 4 grown kids, and I love helping people find their perfect vehicle!! The people in that building make magic happen. I went in blind and uneducated and I walked away informed and keys in hand. No stress. Car buying can be a scary process but Deana and their manager Shaun (pardon the spelling if incorrect) are amazing at bringing the understanding and empathy to the table. I bought my first and only car from them this time last year, and I look forward to doing business with them soon! Their honestly and lack of pressure makes the entire process a breeze, because I know they have my back. Family vibes all around. This is why I am coming back and will continue to! More

Very nice and clean dealership. Good service department with good people in it. Good space to wait while your car is worked on. However I do no like their $399.00 dealer charge when you buy a new car for a passive anti-theft package or the extra charge they give you if you are using a credit card. More

This place has no idea of service or customer relations. I bought a 2019 forester had it 6 months. The service and sales team are so bad I traded it off for a new Jeep. Deana at Janesville Subaru is my go-to! I used this site to choose which dealership I would go through to purchase my new Subaru. I kept seeing all these raving reviews about Deana and thoug I used this site to choose which dealership I would go through to purchase my new Subaru. I kept seeing all these raving reviews about Deana and thought they had to be overstating how awesome she is. How wrong I was, she’s even more amazing than these reviews state! Of all the dealers and salespeople I’ve dealt with in my 15 years of owning vehicles, no one has ever been as helpful, efficient, or friendly as Deana! She took the time to find my dream vehicle, then once it was delivered she walked through every single option and function in the car, saving me sitting in the dealer lot for a half hour figuring out the tech in my car in the parking lot. If you’re looking for a salesperson who values you as a person and a customer, and listens to what you’re looking for in a car, Deana is who you’re looking for! My wife and I loved dealing with Deana and will be going back to her for every car in the future! More
