Oil change with coupon Unhappy customer.....I used a coupon I printed from the website. The coupon stated a price for the oil change. I was charged extra for oil and for par Unhappy customer.....I used a coupon I printed from the website. The coupon stated a price for the oil change. I was charged extra for oil and for parts, Both of these were not listed on the coupon. After arguing with manager I was refunded $9.50. I was to happy with this experience. Also, when I owned other cars and had any service done, my car was washed and vacuumed. There is a car wash across the street from Gervais Ford in Ayer. I suggest you give out coupons for car washes More

Frustrating This is the third time in with the car for the same problem. I realize its an intermittent issue but why doesn"t the on board computer keep a history This is the third time in with the car for the same problem. I realize its an intermittent issue but why doesn"t the on board computer keep a history of the problem when it occurs? Looks like its a Ford problem and not a dealer service issue. I have left the car for 12 days this time in the hopes that it will happen while being test driven by the dealers techs. The alarm bells go off and the dash board lights up saying that my ABS and AWD are shut off. If that happens its a very unsafe situation when on the road so I am hoping that this gets fixed. I am holding off on any recommendation until this problem is fixed. Again, maybe Ford should get involved if the problem is not found and fixed. More
