Ive been a customer for almost 5 years and the service is not how it used to be. I was at the dealership for at least 2 hours getting an oil change/recall check/ engine light check & my engine light is still not how it used to be. I was at the dealership for at least 2 hours getting an oil change/recall check/ engine light check & my engine light is still on. When I went onto the lot on 2 different occasions for about 15-20 minutes each time, no one in sales came outside to assist me. I was looking to trade in for another vehicle and received no help. However another customer drove up and a sales member came outside to assist that person with viewing the vehicle & a test drive as well. I didn’t feel welcomed at all, so therefore I will be taking my services elsewhere. More
