Shopping for Mom made easy! I was in the market for a "nearly new" car for my Mom, who, even at 86, is quite capable of getting behind the wheel! She doesn't drive that often, but when she does, I want her to be in a car that's both safe and dependable. I did a little shopping on-line, and found quite a few potential candidates. Two of those were at Hendrick. I purchased a Corvette from Hendrick several years back, and had a really good experience with both the purchase and follow-up service. That being said, Hendrick was my first destination, and ultimately, my last. My experience, beginning with DeAndre (my salesperson), ending with Chandler, and everyone in between, was first rate, just as I expected it would be. All were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home and to make the deal happen. I already know where I'll be heading when it's time to purchase my next vehicle! More

Perfect Car Buying Experience I had an excellent experience at Hendrick. DeAndre Whisnant helped me find exactly what I wanted. I worked the previous night. BAD EXPERIENCE On 7/12 I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove the car we noticed it was shaking at 45 mph and 65 mph. Long story short we did the pa On 7/12 I bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When we test drove the car we noticed it was shaking at 45 mph and 65 mph. Long story short we did the paperwork that day but it was late. So we were told that the tire issue would be fixed (I had it put on a we owe.) We brought the jeep back the following Tuesday to get the tires inspected and fixed...when we left the issue still was not fixed after 4 hours of sitting at the dealership. We were told "used cars just vibrate sometimes" by the salesperson. From the get go we kept saying it needs new tires, and were told we would get that. Well needless to say the shaking has done nothing but get worse so I took it to the local tire shop I have used for years and they say that 2 of the tires are already separated and a 3rd is starting. That no one should have been allowed to leave anywhere with those tires on that vehicle. I understand it's used (this is only one of the list of things wrong with the vehicle we have found out since we bought it.)....but TIRES is a safety issue and a BIG DEAL!! This was our ONLY complaint from the start and to now find out these tires were in terrible shape leaves me extremely upset that your dealership would even let someone leave with that being a safety issue. NOW we are spending $740 on all new tires when this expense could have been included in our deal at the dealership and just affected our monthly payment which we were COMPLETELY okay with. I will NEVER recommend anyone here, and I will definitely never return. If you don't care about your consumers safety...you don't care about anything! More

Soft top was secondary, color was third on the list. Seached other dealers stock on the internet and Hendrick seemed to have the largest selection. would have liked to purchase from my local dealership but over the past year of watching their stock they only keep one or two unlimited jeeps unless you count right hand drives. great for the local mail carriers. MY wife and I travelled to B'ham and were met by DeAndre who took care of us and helped us with our purchase despite my picking at him all day. The internet stock is a little misleading as they did not have in stock the jeeps that were listed but were at other locations. In the end I have been very satisfied with my new wrangler and the process. All of the personnel were very nice and accommodating. More
