Prior to arrival in Ohio, our vehicle purchase and all related paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Kevin Sikora. He was always available to answer questions and provide information and photog related paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Kevin Sikora. He was always available to answer questions and provide information and photographs etc. He always called me back or wrote an email. My wife and I flew to Ohio from Seattle and were met by "John" who collected us from the airport and drove us 50 miles to your dealership. Upon arrival early one Saturday morning, sadly, we were unable to meet Kevin Sikora as he was unable to be there. However, we were treated to the same five star service by his colleague Kevin Bertilacci. There had been a problem with the drivers window the previous day as you were detailing the vehicle. Your dealership provided the parts to our home in Washington at no charge (as we wanted to get on the road and not delay to complete our adventure driving back to Washington) and even offered to pay for the installation. I couldn't in good conscience have the parts professionally installed as it likely would have eliminated any profits from the transaction. You see, the vehicle we bought was an Isuzu Trooper for $5,000, NOT a new Toyota Land Cruiser (next on my wish list) but for the entire duration of our association with Preston, we were treated as if we were spending $75,000 and not just $5K. Before our arrival, I talked with Service Manager David Shuntich, and he arranged some preventive maintenance at my request (and expense of course) to reassure me for our 3,000 mile drive back to Washington. Maintenance department did a first class job and we were problem free the entire length of our adventure. I would not hesitate to recommend your organization to any friends or family. I bought a car from toyota of boardman and was surprised to find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially my salesman Nathan Kipley. I also returned for service to have a minor issue checked ou to find the staff to be very friendly and helpful, especially my salesman Nathan Kipley. I also returned for service to have a minor issue checked out and the service manager Dave Shuntich was extreemly helpful with taking care of my service issue. They make buying a car and getting it serviced very quick and easy and they are all so very friendly. Thank You Toyota of Boardman! More
