Staff is always pleasant. David takes the time to explain what I don't understand for service or billing. I had to drop my car off for an oil change. Many, many cars in lin David takes the time to explain what I don't understand for service or billing. I had to drop my car off for an oil change. Many, many cars in line for drop off. I was delighted when David called me a bit later to say my car was ready!! More

Really disappointed that they would charge me $950 to change MAF sensor. David acted like it was difficult to change and needed changed right away and that the part was $500 alone. I should have looked b change MAF sensor. David acted like it was difficult to change and needed changed right away and that the part was $500 alone. I should have looked before I agreed to the work being done because I can get the part for $50 and it is literally the easiest part to change on this 5.3L motor. I wish you would have some integrity and honestly when it comes to these situations. Letting me know that it would be easy for someone to change themselves or at least charge a reasonable rate for the work. This was hwy robbery. More
