We choose Garden Staten Honda because of a newspaper ad.. We did not make an appointment, just walked in and were lucky enough to get a sales rep named David Russo... He listened carefully to all our requests and concerns. Showed us the Accord, which is the model we were interested in, and explained all the features. We then sat down to hammer out an agreement to lease a new Accord. With the help of David and another gentleman named Manny, we were able to come to satisfactory agreement.... We drove our new car home that day... Sure it took time and patience on everyone's part, but that the way things work... I recommend Garden State Honda highly. And in particular I recommend David Russo! You' ll not be disappointed. More

I came to Garden State Honda after I had very bad experience at Nissan dealership at Hawthorne, NJ. I was pleasantly surprised with the show room and all personnel. Everybody was friendly and put yo experience at Nissan dealership at Hawthorne, NJ. I was pleasantly surprised with the show room and all personnel. Everybody was friendly and put you at ease. Dave Russo was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained all advantages Honda has over other competitors. He was very assertive but not pushy, highly professional but not formal and dry. We had feeling that we came to the friend who will give us a good advise and will take good care of us. He is very intelligent and nice person. We got a great deal and Dave made all process of buying a new car very smooth and enjoyable. Overall we had great time. After nerve racking experience at Nissan dealership we now can say that not all dealerships are created equal. I will definitely recommend anyone who need a car, to go to Garden State Honda and ask for Dave Russo. They will receive great service, attention to details, and in no time they will drive in a new car smiling and talking to all you friends about the great dealership and great people working there. This was the third time I had gone to Garden State Honda for a vehicle and was not disappointed at all. Jimmy "D" is one of the main reasons I use this dealership. Jimmy is a "straight-shooter", which is re for a vehicle and was not disappointed at all. Jimmy "D" is one of the main reasons I use this dealership. Jimmy is a "straight-shooter", which is really not easy to come by in a car salesman. He's personable, knowledgeable and just a nice guy. I leased the car I wanted at the price I wanted, in today's car world that is really not an easy task. I have to say that finishing the deal was not a long, dragged out process. They told me I could leave and come back and my new car would be ready. And it was! The paperwork was already prepared by the finance person and he went over everything with me, signed what I had to and was out of the dealership in about a half-hour. I even received a phone call from Jimmy the next day. He was just checking to make sure that my wife and I were happy with the vehicle. Jokingly I told him that we didn't think the color was really what we wanted. He said, "bring it back, we'll get you the one you really want". I told him I was kidding and he said that if it really had been the case we could have returned it. Now that's customer service. So if anybody is reading this and hedging on where to go for a new Honda I seriously suggest giving Jimmy the "shot", I really don't think you will be disappointed. More
