Bourne's Auto Center is not your typical used car dealership. I bought a used Nissan Murano there. They agreed to take it to Nissan dealership for inspection (I paid Nissan dealership but Bourne didn dealership. I bought a used Nissan Murano there. They agreed to take it to Nissan dealership for inspection (I paid Nissan dealership but Bourne didn't charge for dropping and picking up the car), which saved me from taking a day off from work. Then they fixed all recommended problems. During the 90 day warranty I came back twice with a few issues, which they promptly fixed at no cost. The price was very competitive compared to other dealers in the neighborhood. They offered extended warranty at a very reasonable price and did not get upset when I declined. I would highly recommend them to others and will certainly buy my next used car there. More

I spend a lot of time to find the right car and right price then I found Bourns on the one of web sites, I checked the prices, which where affordable, that's was the rison I called I spoke with David Pa price then I found Bourns on the one of web sites, I checked the prices, which where affordable, that's was the rison I called I spoke with David Pair who was a person wich gave me answers for all my questions wich was verry helpfull and he also assure me that the Bournes dosent have any hiden fees wich was true, becouse all dealers I went trough were laying obout theirs prices over the phone, With David everything went so easy, I would recomen him to every one. From all dealers I went trough (for over six months I spend to find the right one, was them many) Bournes was the only one onest and friendlly to me More

A bit hectic in the shop with only 3 sales reps on a Sunday. David was helpful and answered questions. Certainly no pressure, which was a welcomed change. When looking for cars online, I first noticed the reasonable pricing at Bourne's Auto Sales. My husband and I went there and David came over to assist us right away. Excellent price and sales follow-thru...no hassle pricing was a real plus. We shop other dealers but no one could beat their price...Bourne's was $3000 lower than other web based prices. I am a college student and I was in the market for a used car and found a great deal at Bourne's. The test drive was good since you don't need the salesperson with you when you drive around. David was a grea car and found a great deal at Bourne's. The test drive was good since you don't need the salesperson with you when you drive around. David was a great person to work with, he was knowledgable and wasn't pushy by any means. The buying process was very easy since there was no haggle pricing. I felt like I got a great deal. The only problem I have was the service. I had a part that was broken on the interior of my car and the first time I brought it in it took them an hour to just look at my car and tell me they had to order the part. I was told that I would receive a call from them when it arrived but never did. The service department also took a long time to fix it. Overall, I would still recommend that dealer but not the service. More
