After recently deciding I wanted to purchase a Cadillac xxx, I did some research online to find a dealership that not only had the vehicle, but also received favorable reviews by other consumers. The variety of inventory available was impressive and I like the "no haggle" pricing. It's a lot easier to know what you are going to pay upfront rather than having to go back and forth a few times before agreeing on a price and still not really knowing if you got the lowest price. David Olson was very friendly and easy to work with. No pressure at all. He answered every question I had promptly and professionally. Shawn Saunders handled the financial transaction, and he also was friendly and very easy to work with. My experience at Bourne's was positive, and I would recommend them to any consumer looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I have been researching prices for Acura TLs for the past 6 months. I was attracted by the prices at Bourne's and the fact that they are a no-haggle dealer. To be honest, I was expecting there to be issues with the vehicles since the prices were so low. I was pleasantly surprised after inspecting and test driving my potential purchase as it was in great shape visually and mechanically. David Olson was excellent to deal with and addressed all of my concerns. In fact, no matter how many times I called him he was as willing to help as the day I first walked in the door. Overall just an excellent experience, the dealership and the entire staff were very friendly and helpful. These guys know their stuff and don't hassle you in any way. We walked around the lot without a single dealer coming up and trying to make a pitch. Then when I did want to test drive a car they pulled it up front and let us go for a ride by ourselves without any pressure from a salesman. Also having done a lot of research their prices are excellent and I would challenge people to find a dealership with lower prices. Bourne Auto and David Olson in particular provided us with a great used car experience and I would fully recommend them to anyone interested in a new car. More

Extremely pleased with the smooth process of getting a loan and purchasing the car. Everyone was super friendly and I was extremely impressed with all the professionalism, but also the normal everyday people that were friendly and talkative. No xxxxxxxx either, Dave was honest and laid everything out on the table. Just great service and a great price. They even stayed late for us so I could pick up my car. I would definitely go back for another car after my experience here and recommend Dave Olson to anyone looking for a great car. More
