Thanks to David in the internet department and Oscar in Finance, I was able to trade in my car and drive off with a 2020 Honda Accord Sport 2.0t even with negative equity on it. Pleasantly Surprised David was very responsive via email in my initial communications regarding the Auto Club and Costco pre-negotiated rates. John sent pictures promptly yet then has some delay in following up and then had to arrange another car to be sent from another dealership, delaying the original appointment. During appointment and test drive he was very informative, pleasant and seemed to do his best to keep the process moving along. Impressed at the time and patience involved showing me everything and staying until he was assured I was satisfied with being comfortable with my new car. More

The excuse was PID was not done although the next day came back and the front manager told me that on the computer, it showed “all clear”.. got the car the second day and wasn’t even given a walk through/ instructions - nothing. I have to figure things out while driving to work at that. It was unsafe and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends and family. Some of the persons in dealt with were not in the list below but I have to choose per app. More

The car was in perfect condition, Renjie (the salesman) could not have been more helpful, and the entire sales process (including test drive) took three hours. The vehicle was missing an important component which they shipped to my home five days later (including a weekend). I could not be more pleased with a car dealership; I just wish they were my local dealer. More
