David from finance talked us through finance process and very helpful. We felt we received a good deal and without the feeling of regretting the sale afterwards. Love our new 2020 Ascent. Drives so nice and great safety features and seats 8 for our growing family. We turned in our 2014 Outback that we bought there 6 years ago from Patrick Subaru, that was a great car, but we needed to expand into a larger vehicle and were interested in the new Ascent and loved it right away on our first test drive. Very roomy. More

Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and there was ample inventory for us to consider. We worked primarily with Al, who made us feel very comfortable during the process. We never once felt like he was pressuring us into buying anything we weren't looking for. He was knowledgeable and kept us up-to-date all throughout the process. We worked with Steve during negotiations, who was up-front and able to reach a fair deal with us. We also worked with David on paperwork, who was thorough and patient when we asked him to explain multiple items. We love the car we bought and felt confident that this is a reliable dealership.
