After they replaced my engine (4 months wait) they still (8 months later) do not know why my MPG's are so much worse and can't help. I suggested that maybe there was an exhaust leak at an engine connection as it sounds very loud compared to before and their scientific experiment was to start my car, start one of their new ones, and then tell me that my car was quieter than a new one from what they heard (no equipment or sound monitoring devices were used in this process). I have been waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from the manager and honestly, even IF he is waiting to hear from Hyundai before contacting me with an answer, he could still call me and let me know that. I have called and online chatted and I do not hear back. Their communication skills are non existant unless they are waiting for you to bring their loaner car back! Emily and David tried to help at least, but I cannot give credit to anyone else there and I don't even know the person's name that is supposed to call me back as no one has told me the manager's name. More
