I started with the Salerno Duane organization in 1978 as a salesman at Jim Salerno Pontiac in Randolph. My wife, Janet and I have resided in Morris County since 1980. We have one child, a son, Scott. We recently became grandparents. I am a movie and theatre buff and enjoy going to New York City to see shows as often as we can. I also enjoy following NFL football, MLB baseball, and NHL hockey. Though I root for all of the New York area teams, my favorites are the Jets, Yankees, and Devils

I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received from my sales rep, Art Blenner. Art helped us out a few years ago with a lease and we were so pleased we came back again and got TWO new veh received from my sales rep, Art Blenner. Art helped us out a few years ago with a lease and we were so pleased we came back again and got TWO new vehicles! My father and I leased a new JX and M37x and we couldn't be happier! Art was so attentive to our needs, he quickly located the vehicles we wanted and made sure we had everything. And to go one step further...my father originally walked out with a new FX37 (he had just turned in his last one)and decided on the way home he wanted the M37 instead! Well, Art made it happen! No questions asked. He took back the FX and got him into the M and even gave him a loaner car for the few days it took to re-do all the paperwork. That's how concerned with the customer's happieness he is! I am from Long Island and my Dad is from Pennsylvania and we go out of our way to go to Salerno Duane. It's worth every mile!! More

Salerno Duane is an extremely professional dealership. Gerry Leone was highly professional right from the point of our entry into the dealership. He was friendly and spent enough time for the test drive and explaining all the controls. The dealership also gave me an excellent financing option. We are highly satisfied and recommend Salerno Duane for anyone purchasing Infiniti. Gerry Leone was highly helpful in getting us what we needed, quickly. David Kasliner was helpful in speeding up the paper work and the complete process was very smooth. No hassles at all. Customer satisfaction is their top priority and they handled the job as needed. I had visited several luxury car dealers & was not impressed with the sales staff, my husband suggested we stop at the Infiniti dealer, I was hesitant at first but decided to stop in, I'm very glad I impressed with the sales staff, my husband suggested we stop at the Infiniti dealer, I was hesitant at first but decided to stop in, I'm very glad I did, I did not expect to purchase a car, but Luis was immediately friendly & professional, he was very knowledgeable of the showroom vehicles, he answered all of our questions beyond our expectations, I was a little uneasy purchasing such a high end car but when the short negotiation period was complete I felt very satisfied with the purchase price & my complete satisfaction continued through my delivery date, I feel confident that Luis & the complete sales/service staff will be there to assist me whenever I need them, I highly recommend Salerno Duane Infiniti. More

I just traded in my car and purchased a 2011 FX35 from this dealership and LOVE IT as I was promised! I was extremely hesitant about going back to dealerships since every salesman I have ever dealt with h this dealership and LOVE IT as I was promised! I was extremely hesitant about going back to dealerships since every salesman I have ever dealt with had always pressured me into doing things I was not comfortable with and not give me my own “personal bubble” I was privileged to meet my salesman Andy! He has given my faith in salesman! He did not make me feel pressured into doing anything that I did not feel was right, answered all of my questions and concerns! Since I had to go to work he gave me a quick crash course of how to work everything in my car and told me to come back with any questions! I don’t know many salesmen that offer to take time out of their work schedule to explain and show people how to work their cars! My trade/purchase went very smoothly and if anyone is looking to buy a car I would 100% tell them to come here! Thank you Salerno-Duane Infiniti for your professional group! More

I have dealt with Salerno Duanne Infinity of Denville for many years. I leased my first Infinity elsewhere in 2001 but had it serviced at this dealership. Ally and Sue were warm, friendly and very helpful many years. I leased my first Infinity elsewhere in 2001 but had it serviced at this dealership. Ally and Sue were warm, friendly and very helpful during the years of Service. In 2007, I leased my second Infinity at Salerno in Denville and worked with Jerry. My husband and I were so pleased with the easy transaction that he leased his Infinity FX 35, in 2010. Prior to Infinity he only drove Audi's but in 2010 switched to Infinity. When my lease was up, I didn't even look at any other cars but went directly to Salerno because of my prior experience. Art Blenner was my salesperson as Jerry wasn't working there anymore. Art came highly recommended by my friends who have purchased their Infinity because of my recommendation. Art was knowledgeable, highly Professional, very warm and friendly. My husband and I are very pleased with our many years of experience with this dealer. Ally and Sue remembered us and made us feel at home. My new Infinity M37X is 5 days old and we love it. This is why I think Salerno Duanne Infinity is GREAT!! They are exceptional. It is a pleasure to work with them. More

This dealership is, by far, the friendliest, most customer-service-oriented and helpful auto dealership with which I have ever worked in over 20 years of car ownership. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and go out of their way to assist their customers. Customer loyalty is critical to this dealership, and it shows in everything they do. One never has the feeling that one is being taken advantage of by anyone at the dealership. They take their time to explain everything that they are doing, yet appreciate that their customers' time is valuable. Each of the people that I identified above has been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are willing to make deals to keep you as a customer. And their word is their bond -- they never over-promise or under-perform. The Service Department is also extremely well run, and they place a premium on providing minimum inconvenience to the customer while the car is being serviced. More

Quick transaction - complete within 1 hour.<br><br>Highly recommend the people I dealt with. Cant go wrong with Raz and Salerno Duane.<br><br>If this sounds like a commercial plug - it isnt. We have nothing to do with either the salespeople or the dealership till we bought the G35.<br><br>Completely unbiased report.<br><br>Cannot comment on service - have not tried it yet.<br> More
