Mr. Opacki, We appreciate your constructive criticism and we apologize for any miscommunication we may have had with you. I did some research in regards to the timeline of how things occurred and wanted share them with you. You dropped the vehicle off in our night drop on Sept 2. This being a holiday weekend, and with no notice, we were not able to make contact with you until the 6th. September 6th - we contacted you at 8 am via email (time stamped), stating that we would be getting to your recall and will have it done upon your return on the 16th September. September 6th - we sent you a video (10:26 am) after the tear down was completed to do the recall work explaining that, while in that area, we found extensive damage to your turbos. We recommended that it would be a good fiscal decision to address them now as opposed to after we did the recall being that we would have to tear the car down again which would cost you hours of labor. We received no response from you. September 6th - (1:58 pm) we called and spoke to you for over 2 minutes. We explained the additional concerns we found and again asked if you would like to address them at this point? You stated that we did not know what we were talking about and the recall had nothing to do with the turbo issue. We agreed at that time but stated that the additional work that needed to be done was made apparent during the tear down for the recall. If we address it now it will save you hundreds of dollars in additional tear down costs. You response was to have the GM call you on the September 13th. September 13th - 10:56 am our service advisor reached out to you (via email and time stamped) to let you know the GM was not available and was unavailable for a few hours. The service writer at that time asked again if you would like the estimate re-sent to you to either approve or decline the additional work and you responded via email (time stamped at 11:50 am) with your email address. Our conclusion was that by sending your email address you still had not made a decision and were considering it. If you had responded “yes or no” we would have had plenty of time to complete your recall. September 16 (original promised day of completion) 1:15 pm you emailed and asked if the recall was completed. September 16 1:20 pm the service writer responded and stated the recall was not done because we never received communication from you on the email quote you requested on September 13th. September 16th 1:24 pm you emailed back stating that you were without a car and you wanted to GM to call you. Additionally, you expected a car to be delivered to your home address for use while you recall was getting completed. September 16th 1:40 you received an email again stating that we were under the impression by our correspondence on the 13th that you were considering the work. September 16th 1:41 pm you again email us and told us we were a joke and the recall had nothing to do with the other recommended items. We agreed with that a long time ago in our conversation but were trying to lessen you financial exposure by addressing the additional items now. September 16th 1:42 pm. You emailed again stating you and you dad would be in to speak with the GM Upon the GM meeting you it was apparent that you had no intentions of conducting a calm conversation. The GM had the technician and the service writer present to be sure there was no additional miscommunication. Your attitude towards all three of them (including your father) was disrespectful from “hello”. You repeatedly blamed us for not doing the recall on time but coincidently forgot all of the correspondence you had with the service writer via email and phone about not giving us any answer on the additional work. You proceeded to belittle all of the Audi Clearwater staff and then had audacity to demand a car for the weekend. The GM stated that we most likely do not have a car available on such short notice but instructed Dylan to try to find a car for you to drive. At that point, you continued to insult the staff and the dealership and repeatedly stated how incompetent we were. At that time the GM decided that your attitude did not warrant us going above and beyond to help you and politely told you we will get your car down ASAP and have a nice weekend. I will agree that communications were difficult being that you were out of the country but that does not negate the fact that you never approved nor declined the work nor does it allow you to come into any place of business and conduct yourself in a manner that is disrespectful to me or my staff.

You are incorrect on several items in your response. I never received an email from anyone at Audi of Clearwater on September 6th. I received a text message stating the car would be completed by the 16th on that day but did not receive an email or a phone call. Your “time stamp” notation is bogus. I also never received ANY videos or pictures via email or by any other method. In fact when I came to pick up my vehicle on Saturday to take to a different dealership (REEVES AUDI OF TAMPA), I asked Dylan Crosby for the key to my vehicle and asked if he could send me the video and pictures that were spoken about in the General Manager’s office. Dylan said that he had no such videos or pictures and if there were any video or pictures they would be on Neil’s phone. I asked if I could speak with Neil and was told he was not in today and that he would have Neil call me on Monday. I asked him if he could call Neil or give me his phone number and was told that he did not know Neil’s phone number or half the other mechanics numbers. Today is Thursday and I have still not received a call from Neil and have not been provided any video or pictures taken of any damages on my car. The poor communication and service just goes on and on and on with you guys. I’m not going to go in circles with you guys any longer. It has gotten me nowhere and was a complete waste of my time. I will however be contacting Audi of North America as well the executives of Crown Automotive and will NEVER give anyone my recommendation to go to Audi Clearwater for any reason. The complete lack of professionalism from the Service Advisor all the way to the General Manager is simply pitiful. ATTENTION POTENTIAL BUYERS!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO REEVES AUDI OF TAMPA if you are interested in purchasing a new or used Audi or need service done on your Audi. Dealing with Crown Audi Clearwater is an absolute nightmare!!!

Mr. Opacki, All of the information we provided you is documented within our Customer Retention tool. The tool documents everything that was sent and received. Apparently something was missed on your communication device and we apologize for any miscommunication. As a company we are not at liberty to provide any of our employees personal phone numbers or are they required to personally call any of our clients( which you have made clear you are not) You chose to take your car elsewhere and to question our service as well as our integrity which gives more reason not to communicate with you any longer.
