Service team wrongfully diagnosed my cars AC issue . charged 200 for diagnostic wanted to charge me 1500 for the Ac compressor shaft seal . On April 6th, I canceled my warranties for my new car. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to see the money applied to the principle on the loan. After a month of waiting, I called, left voicemails, and em I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to see the money applied to the principle on the loan. After a month of waiting, I called, left voicemails, and emailed numerous times. Every time I did get a call back, they would tell me to give it more time. This week, I finally spoke to someone who would help. The dealership found out the refund never went through, so now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks to see if they did it correctly. I was told I would be refunded $3,369.87. I questioned this. I said the warranties should be $3,494. They said Honda will do that amount. I also asked if I would be getting a refund on the interest that I paid the past couple months because of Honda's error. The dealership told me the interest cannot be refunded. I am paying for the dealership's mistake. I expected the dealership to apologize and to try to make things right. Unfortunately, it's been stressful and disappointing. More

I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. They cheat you. They didn't keep the promises they made to me in our deal. I leased a new car after leasing. They told me they were going to cover the excess mileage They didn't keep the promises they made to me in our deal. I leased a new car after leasing. They told me they were going to cover the excess mileage costs of my old car and they said that they will take care of it but they lied to me and now refuse to keep their end of the deal. I should have read it more carefully. That is my fault. I just hate that they lied about it.Please read your documents before you sign especially here; I will never recommend this place. They disrespectfully hung up the phone without even listening to me. More so than the issue of money, what matters to me is they complete dishonesty, indecency, and willful ignorance of the promise they have made me. More

Went above and beyond The short version goes like this: my 2010 CR-V needed to be replaced and after a happy test drive, I was thrilled to buy a 2015 CR-V. But when I took my first long drive, my lower back acted up and only got worse over the next ten days. I called Patty Novak with my dilemma. She and David Ball went above and beyond to get me into another vehicle that would work for me. Imagine the hassle of taking back a car they just sold and having to go through the entire process of test drives (5), negotiations and financing all over again! I can’t say enough about how helpful they were. The 2017 Nissan Rogue fits the bill and the budget. Never once did they act put out or annoyed, though they probably had a right to be! So a big thank-you to PE Honda! From sales to service to financing, they really took great care of me. More
