Royal Kia never responded to my online query. I had to call. Got a salesman who also did not communicate well. Because he was so busy at the end of the month, he passed me to another salesman, wh I had to call. Got a salesman who also did not communicate well. (I know that can't happen every time, but still . . .) When picking up the car, there were no hard sales on the various add-ons - just clear presentation of options. And when it came time to explain how all of the stuff works on this car (which is a technological monster), David went through it all in a clear, organized fashion. He's deeply knowledgable about, and comfortable with, all of the new Kia tech. More
