Beware of the Finance Manager Steven Toney I must say that I had a great experience with everyone that I worked with at Ray Skillman - with the exception of one person. I had a horrible expe I must say that I had a great experience with everyone that I worked with at Ray Skillman - with the exception of one person. I had a horrible experience with the Finance Manager, Steven Toney. I almost walked out on him. I told him that I wanted to do the financing thru Chase Bank, but he ignored my request and got the loan thru Capital One. When I asked him what the Chase loan rate was, he couldn't answer my question. After telling him several times that I did NOT want to purchase the extended warranty, he kept pressuring me. He became annoyed and told me not to interrupt him. Even after I signed the paperwork saying I didn't want the warranties, he printed not one, but 2 different contracts that charged me the extended warranty and the GAP insurance. I really thought I was being ripped off. I'm just glad I caught these "mistakes" before I signed the paperwork. More

Professional, friendly, and awesome! I bought the 2015 Hyundai sonata limited trim from ray skillman west side auto mall, which is ~200 miles away from where I stay. When I search for car I bought the 2015 Hyundai sonata limited trim from ray skillman west side auto mall, which is ~200 miles away from where I stay. When I search for cars, I put a radius of 300 miles to find the best deals and to locate the car that I want. The people whom I worked with were friendly and professional. There was no high pressure sales pitch that you get with many other dealerships. I was greeted with some cookies and water by David and Luke on arrival. I had conveyed my vehicle of interest over the phone with David prior to visiting the showroom, and they had it cleaned, washed up, and ready to be taken out for a test drive. Luke introduced me to the various controls and was able to answer all my questions. Then we did business, and throughout the duration, David and Luke were highly professional and it was an absolute pleasure to work with them. I cannot over emphasize the quality of interaction that was in display during my visit to the dealership. Once I decide to purchase the vehicle, I was introduced to Bryan who once again personified the high level of professionalism and friendliness that was already meted. He went in detail and explained what all I was paying for and gave me choices for extending my warranty etc. Even though it took a lot of time, he was very professional and friendly and accommodating. After the purchase, Luke contacted me to ensure I was happy with my purchase and was willing to help me immediately regarding a glitch in my bluelink account. Luke also help me get some after market stuff that did not come by default in my car such as all weather mats, etc. I was impressed with the dealership so much that I already recommended a friend to them and he has purchased a sonata and also has similar opinion on the dealership.
