Doing What is Right I recently bought a car from Mel Hambelton. After having the vehicle for about 3 weeks, the brakes started giving me trouble (squeaking very loudly at I recently bought a car from Mel Hambelton. After having the vehicle for about 3 weeks, the brakes started giving me trouble (squeaking very loudly at every stop). After numerous service appointments at my local Ford dealership and a few at Mel Hambelton, it was ultimately decided I needed new rotors. I was very angry to hear this news due to having just bought the car 4 months ago and already putting $300 into the brake problem. Stan Bogdan and David Grey took it among themselves to make sure I had the best service possible and did everything they could to make this situation right. Not only did I receive new rotors with no charge, but I also had my car picked up and delivered back to me without having to move a muscle. I am very appreciative of Stan and David and applaud them for their customer service. Many times people forget to empathize and only think about business matters, but not these two. They are true assets and Mel Hambelton is very lucky to have them as a part of their team. More

I will always know exactly what I want before contacting Brian and he d When ever it's time to go truck shopping I start with Mel Hamilton and Brian. I will always know exactly what I want before contacting Brian and he does his very best to find that truck. For me it must must be the color and all options that I am looking for or I cannot even attempt to deal. Last year the used truck I was looking for never turned up and new wasn't in my budget, so I gave up. Brian never gave up , every time I sent a text with questions or wanted to test drive another truck, Brian was on it momentarily at work or away he always jumped on. The truck I wasted never surfaced. A couple months later, mom needed a new car. I texted Brian told him my intrest, pulled in the lot for a test drive and Brian had the Edge running and ready to go. With mom being on a walker, that really helped, as she just moved from our car to the Edge for a test drive. She loved the car but wanted to compare to others, and that we did. I.ended up texting Brian a number of where mom needed to be with her trade in. Brian and Brad came with a counter offer, it worked for mom so I told him to get the Edge ready. When we returned later in the day, all was ready to go. Mom only had to walk into the dealership once, to do the paperwork and was quickly on her way with her new car. More

Inept mechanic I had a very bad experience with the service shop at Mel Hambelton Ford, in Wichita KS. I told them I wanted something fixed, in addition to the othe I had a very bad experience with the service shop at Mel Hambelton Ford, in Wichita KS. I told them I wanted something fixed, in addition to the other work they performed. They failed to fix it. When I discovered the problem, I fixed it myself in about 5 minutes! Totally inexcusable on their part. I wouldn't let them touch my car in the future. I would also like to point out that any reviews left on their website, that are bad reviews, will NOT be posted. Hence all the 5 star ratings. How convenient on their part. Good reviews OR ELSE. I might point out that they overcharged the xxxx out of me for what they did do. Trying to talk to the General Manager is not possible. It took three weeks to get through to him! Sincerely, Pissed off PS David Gray's a hired thug. More
