Dave Goettlich Our experience working with Dave was terrific. When we first stopped to look he was considerate of our time and showed us what we were looking for. He took some notes and followed up about a week later which was perfect. He understood exactly what we were looking for and was able to locate the vehicle. We agreed on a price without lots of back and forth games. From there he arranged to have the car ready and processed our pickup efficiently. On the few questions we had following the purchase he remained responsive and resolved everything. He was terrific to work with and I would recommend him. More

Awesome and fun day....really! I have to say, that buying a car in the past is tough but my experience buying my new Jeep Cherokee was great. I bought a 2013 Dodge Avenger on July 10. Joe Alfano worked with me to come up with a deal that was agreeable to both parties. On Sept 7 I had an accident that totaled out that vehicle. I went back to Nielsen's to cancel out the warranty packages that I was not going to be using. In the process of doing so. I was introduced to Joe Chismar who worked very hard with me to come up with my being able to purchase another vehicle. Between Joe Chismar and Dave Goettlich I had a very satisfying experience for a second time. I would recommend Nielsen's Dodge to anyone with confidence that they would receive the same friendly and competent experience that I had twice. Hats off to Joe Chismar, Dave Goettlich, and Joe Alfano. More

I previously purchased cars from this location when it was Warnock. This was my first experience as a Neilsen customer. I was impressed with the ease of negotiating price via e-mail. When I arrived at was Warnock. This was my first experience as a Neilsen customer. I was impressed with the ease of negotiating price via e-mail. When I arrived at the dealeship, Dave greeted me. He was friendly, allowed me plenty of time to look over the car and ask questions. He was easy to deal with, and I would seek him out again the next time I buy a car, and I would reccomend him. When he brought me to the back office to sign the paperwork, the gentleman there (Tommy or Tony, not positive) was hurried and talked fast and pushed papers in front of me. While he did nto rush me to sign anything, he did try to slip in "etching" on my sales contract for $299, which I did not order and would not. He actually lied to me and told me all cars at the dealership have etching, which of course is not the case. To be clear, I had just sat in the dealership for over an hour, and was abotu to buy a car for over $34,000, and this guy could have caused me to walk out over this obvious scam. When I went back to Dave, he agreed that the car windows are not etched by default I also find the doc fees at the dealership high. So, in general, Dave - great to deal with, and trusted him abotu as much as one trusts a car salesman. The other guy - he's the sole reason I might steer clear of Neilsen in the future, On the detailing of teh car, it was pretty good, but after detailing there were a few spots, smudges in the interior and on the body. Dave was great and took me back to the shop to get it cleaned up, but that shouldn't be his job. The car should come clean to him, More

After doing research online of all the local dealerships in my area they had the best feedback from other customers. Be highly suspect of the numbers, we agreed on a purchase price and trade in price with the sales person, then when we got into the back room the finance guy is using different numbers and won't say what the price and trade in price with the sales person, then when we got into the back room the finance guy is using different numbers and won't say what they are and keeps repeating he doesn't know why the math is not working and kept tapping away on the calculator. He would not tell us what numbers he was using to get the payments. When we went to leave the manager came in and belted out numbers then rudely asked if we were going to buy the car, after a while he got within a couple of hundred dollars to the number we agreed with the salesman but still could not explain why the difference. They got mad when we asked to see the breakdown and we left. Shifty, shady stuff going on left a bad taste in our mouth and we will not be back. The salesman was nice, but could not make up for the feeling of being lied to. More
