I had to drive 2 hrs to get to the dealership, and they were very considerate of that. Even though it was nearing to their closing time, the staff stayed and processed my paper work. The shopping experience went very smooth, and I am very pleased with the Frank Salinas, the sales consultant. Overall, I would recommend Castle dealership. More

I recently bought a 2015 Scion FRS used from Castle Subaru. I drove an hour and a half one way out of state to check the car out, and I'm glad I did. David Eisin (Sales Manager) as well as Jon Turpa (Salesman) were both friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I searched for this exact car for over 6 months, and almost bought a couple that were used, and even one that was brand new. I ended up NOT buying those cars because I didn't want to give my money to a dealership that had salesman and managers who were rude and unprofessional. My experience at Castle Subaru was the opposite of that. From start to finish they were very accommodating. Their price was fair, and more importantly to me personally, their customer service was helpful and professional. Every person I ran into at the dealership was friendly and low-pressure. You won't find any of the typical sleazy sales guys here. If you're having trouble finding a good dealership, this place is worth the drive even if you live out of state. More
