Every part that you go through each person was very helpful and helped in anyway possible. The service dept. also goes out of there way to accommodate you. Exceedingly Abundantly Above and beyond My appointment was scheduled 5:00 or 5:30, because of an accident I was unable to get there until between 7:00 P.M. The Dealer ship was closed when I finally reached there.. David Donals was very patient as well as Andre Tackey. Even though the hour was late no one was pressuring me to hurry up. This is my second time purchasing a Mercedes. I researched the vehicle and had a good idea what I wanted in a car before going to Daytona Mercedes. David searched to find the model and assessories I wanted he also answered my remaining questions as well as working with me in financing, determining a payment schedule that worked for me. He delivered the vehicle and made sure I understood all the operating systems. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy, it was more like an education as to why my selection was the best choice. 100% satisfied customer. Making this a most pleasurable experience." More

I was unhappy - They made me happy! Rarely will you find a dealership willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy..This one has done that for us. I was initially unhap Rarely will you find a dealership willing to do whatever it takes to make their customers happy..This one has done that for us. I was initially unhappy with the difficult buying experience that most of us encounter when purchasing a car. It is pressure packed. When I expressed my unhappiness, their Director of Customer Satisfaction (Boy they really have one, too!), my sales representative Dave and the General Manager, Mr. Smith, immediately addressed our issues and made it all right. Nobody can ask any more of a dealership. If you are not happy as their signs say through out the showroom and the service areas, they will make it right. Very impressive. More
